Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Competenze

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical inquiries and offer effective solutions.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer support.
