Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's in HR/Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume employee and manager inquiries via multiple channels.
• Perform transactional HR processing in Workday and related systems.
• Research inquiries and provide timely, accurate solutions.
• Support Workday, Kronos, and other HR systems.
• Document issues, actions, and resolutions thoroughly in case records.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 HR as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Identify issues and opportunities for process improvement.
