Certara is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead client onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support for its biosimulation software. This role focuses on life sciences clients and requires strong communication skills and industry experience.

The position is predominantly remote with opportunities for collaboration across Product, Clinical Data Consultants, and Technical Operations teams. Fluency in Portuguese is required, and experience in biopharma or CROs is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in SaaS, clinical data management, biopharma, or CROs preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary post-sale contact, onboarding and training for clients.
• Assist with upgrades and educate clients on product features.
• Advocate for client needs and communicate feedback internally.
• Analyze client data to identify usage patterns and pain points.
• Build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive retention and revenue growth.
