Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer account-facing role
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience negotiating contract terms and handling pricing objections

Responsibilities

• Identify target opportunities, manage the full sales cycle and build strategic relationships with customers to drive retention.
• Handle requests from your book of business, including technical support escalations and billing questions, to ensure a positive experience.
• Pivot account strategy based on customer needs to maximize renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Advise customers on how to maximize Datadog usage and value.
• Monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks and support adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (support, product, finance, legal) to serve customers effectively
