Welo Data is seeking detail-oriented Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. This is a high-volume, production role focused on building accurate, well-structured datasets to power real-world AI models.

You will work with audio and language data, including transcription, categorization, and tagging, ensuring data integrity at scale. Role is onsite with Bay Area availability; full-time W2 employment at $26–$28/hour.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and language fundamentals.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or related content work, or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume data labeling and annotation tasks across speech and language datasets.
• Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity at scale.
• Work with audio and language data, including transcription, categorization, and tagging.
• Maintain strong throughput while meeting quality expectations.
• Escalate unclear or ambiguous cases as needed.
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and workflows as systems change.
• Support baseline data production needs for AI training pipelines.
• Contribute to team calibrations and quality alignment sessions.
