Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales.
• 3–5 years of experience leading sales teams with proven success metrics.
• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese market.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Native or bilingual Portuguese.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Portuguese market.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team towards high performance.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets; develop strategic relationships with clients and partners.
• Manage the sales pipeline and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Presales, and Delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Thales and different BLs and sales teams in other countries to identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities at local and multinational levels.
• Understand the market, competition, and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at C-level and institutional levels within the market.
