Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a PC Refresh associate for a large Healthcare client in Portland, Oregon. This 100% on-site role requires you to manage computing assets, stage equipment, and perform deployment activities across multiple local sites.

You will support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365, handling desktops, laptops, and tablets, with basic networking tasks and asset documentation. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years of experience with PC hardware upgrades, support, installation, and deployment.
• Direct client interaction experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows OS installation and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage computing assets and stage equipment for build/imaging activities.
• Execute equipment replacement and deployment plans and travel to local sites as needed.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and peripherals; assist with data transfer and recovery.
• Provide basic email administration and reflect work in asset management systems.
