Job summary

Everforth Apex is hiring a PC Refresh associate in Downey, CA to provide on-site desktop and network support. The role focuses on PC hardware, Windows 10/11, and Office 365 in a Microsoft-based environment. Travel to local sites is required and a valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years of PC hardware upgrades, support, installation and deployment.
• Experience interacting with clients directly is required.
• Own transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage computing assets and move equipment between facilities.
• Stage equipment for build and imaging activities.
• Execute replacement and deployment plans for equipment.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software.
• Perform data transfer and recovery processes.
• Resolve basic network issues and assist with email administration.
• Update asset management systems to reflect work performed.
• Travel to local sites as needed.
