Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial sales experience, preferably selling repair services in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components.
• Experience rebuilding/repair of hydraulic equipment for mobile or industrial machinery is a plus.
• Highschool Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing/engineering preferred.
• Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Must have a valid driver's license; overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to meet customers at their locations and drive long distances; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create a sales plan to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Full cycle prospecting including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentations.
• Regularly make on-site sales calls to existing customers and new prospects.
• Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet goals.
• Utilize CRM to plan and manage time and territory.
