Job summary

Paragon Technologies, a SunSource company, seeks an Outside Sales Account Manager to develop new business and manage relationships within a Portland, OR territory. The role requires home-based work in the vicinity and involves face-to-face client visits and travel.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in industrial sales, with exposure to electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components. A technical background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial sales experience, preferably in repair services.
• Bachelor or technical degree preferred in sales, engineering or related field.
• Valid driver's license required; travel may be overnight.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical duties.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan to grow new customers and maintain existing accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Prospect, qualify leads, make cold calls and sales presentations.
• Make on-site visits and travel within territory.
• Collaborate with customer service and technical teams to meet goals.
• Utilize CRM to plan and manage time and territory.
