Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking a Construction Engineer to support the EHRM NRM Project at the Portland Campus. You will coordinate construction activities, manage submittals, monitor schedules, inspect work, and maintain project documentation on-site in Portland, Oregon.

This full-time role offers hands-on experience with an SDVOSB contractor and a base budget of $70,000 per year, with compensation dependent on experience. We provide comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Background check and VA PIV card required.
• Ability to perform on-site construction support and inspections.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Willingness to complete National Agency Check (NACI).
• Experience coordinating submittal reviews and project schedules.
• Adhere to OSHA, VA policies, and design standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate submittal reviews and manage the submittal process.
• Review submittals and provide escort duties.
• Track availability of long lead items and communicate schedule impact.
• Monitor construction phase schedules, milestones, and deliveries.
• Attend and support progress meetings and follow up on Government actions.
• Field verify as-builts and update documentation.
• Perform inspections and report to COR for corrections.
• Assist with courses of action for issues and troubleshooting.
• Support Commissioning and related construction activities.
• Conduct surveys and field investigations as needed.
• Advise government on potential contract modifications or claims.
