You will coordinate submittals, monitor schedules, conduct inspections, maintain project documentation, and assist with government communications and modifications.

The role requires background clearance, VA PIV access, and adherence to applicable standards. Base-year with one option year, budget around $70,000 per year, with on-site duties and growth

Qualifications

• Background check is required and a VA PIV card is needed.
• Follow VA construction management software trainings for the project.
• Meet professional standards including OSHA, TJC, VA policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submittal reviews and manage submittal process.
• Review submittals and provide escort duties.
• Track long lead items and document schedule impacts.
• Monitor construction phase schedules and milestones.
