Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Portfolio Management Specialist II to support portfolio managers and act as the primary contact for smaller clients. You will leverage communication, analytics, and project management to drive improvements across loan portfolios.

The role requires collaboration with the portfolio team, strong attention to detail, and the ability to present findings to leadership. On-site work in Tempe, AZ is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in Mortgage Servicing or client servicing functions.
• Experience with project management and meeting facilitation.
• PowerPoint and Visio proficiency a plus.
• Experience with data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio managers and act as a single point of contact for smaller clients.
• Develop and present value-add business strategies and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, track follow-ups, and implement improvements.
• Assist with portfolio processes and risk metrics.
• Articulate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
