Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Portfolio Management Specialist II to bridge between a Specialist 1 and Portfolio Manager. You will support designated portfolios, serve as the primary contact for smaller clients, and leverage communication, analytics, and project management to drive client success.

You will collaborate with the Portfolio Management Team, prepare client reports, and present findings to staff and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline is preferred.
• 2+ years’ work experience in Mortgage Servicing or a client servicing function.
• Experience in Project Management and Meeting Facilitation is a plus.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Visio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Excel in a team-oriented environment while contributing to value-add strategies affecting operations.
• Produce and compile internal and external client reporting and analyze observations.
• Coordinate and manage recurring meetings, follow-ups, and operational improvements for designated clients.
• Drive strategy on the assigned portfolio of loans.
