Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Portfolio Management Specialist II to bridge learning between Specialist I and Portfolio Manager. You will support designated portfolios, manage smaller clients, and leverage communication, analytics, and project management to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline preferred.
• 2+ years’ work experience in Mortgage Servicing or a client servicing function.
• Experience in Project Management and Meeting Facilitation.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Visio a plus.
• Prior work experience performing business, data, and/or statistical analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Excel in a team-oriented environment, contributing to value-add business strategies and policy.
• Produce and compile periodic internal and external client reporting and analyze observations.
• Coordinate and manage recurring meetings, follow-ups, and operational improvements for clients.
• Suggest and drive strategy on assigned loan portfolios.
• Assist Portfolio Management Team on portfolio processes and risk metrics.
• Present ideas clearly to staff and senior management.
