Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking a Portfolio Management Specialist II to support portfolio managers and serve as the primary contact for smaller clients. You will leverage communication, analytical, and project management skills to drive operational improvements and reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business and 2+ years in mortgage servicing or client services, with familiarity in PowerPoint and Visio as a plus. On-site office at assigned location with regular meetings and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in Mortgage Servicing or client servicing.
• Experience in project management and meeting facilitation a plus.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Visio a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as learning bridge between a Specialist I and Portfolio Manager.
• Act as single point of contact for smaller clients.
• Coordinate and manage recurring meetings, follow-ups, and improvements.
• Prepare periodic client reporting and observations.
• Assist portfolio processes and risk-management metrics.
• Present ideas clearly to staff and senior management.
