Job summary

Sunrise-Management- is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of its apartment community portfolio at the property level. You will supervise Property Managers, manage labor across sites, and translate company priorities into site-level execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in property management, and strong leadership with budget ownership. Travel between properties is expected as part of duties and the position offers comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in property management.
• At least 3 years in multi-site or supervisory capacity.
• Experience owning property-level budgets and driving NOI.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and applicable regulations.
• Experience with capital planning, inspections or asset condition assessments.
• Experience developing emergency preparedness and incident response plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio operations and ensure consistency and quality across sites.
• Implement and monitor policies and systems across properties.
• Maintain SOPs to enhance efficiency at property level.
