Dayrise Residential, LLC seeks a Regional Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of communities in Irving, TX. You will guide on-site teams, optimize NOI through cost control and revenue strategies, and ensure strong partnerships with vendors while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years in regional or multi-site leadership within property management, with budgeting, forecasting, and compliance as core capabilities. Occasional travel is expected, including to Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of regional/ multi-site leadership experience in property management.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and NOI focus.
• Knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing standards.
• Proven ability to lead and develop on-site teams and drive occupancy and retention.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of communities.
• Drive NOI through cost control and revenue optimization.
• Develop annual operating budgets, forecasts, and marketing plans.
• Coach on-site managers to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Travel within the region, including 25% to Houston, as required.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting.
