Pillar Properties is seeking a Property Support Specialist to rotate across its Seattle-area communities, providing coverage and continuity. You will step into Concierge, Leasing Specialist, and Resident Engagement roles to support operations and resident satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility to travel between properties, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Two years leasing or property management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of Yardi or similar.
• CRM and RENTCafé experience preferred.
• BlueMoon – NAA Lease experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel between local properties as assigned.
• Provide portfolio-wide property coverage and support.
• Assist onboarding for operational roles.
• Perform administrative audits and portfolio projects.
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support marketing initiatives and tech testing.
• Manage amenity reservations and lease processing.
• Monitor move-ins/outs and lease documentation.
