Job summary

Pillar Properties is seeking a Property Support Specialist to rotate between local communities, covering Concierge, Leasing Specialist, and Resident Engagement roles as needed. You will build rapport with onsite teams and residents while maintaining Pillar’s Quietly Awesome service standard.

The role requires a self-starter attitude, travel between properties, and adapting to various community needs. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of leasing or property management experience or equivalent
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and property management software (Yardi, RENTCafé)

Responsibilities

• Provide property coverage across the portfolio as assigned
• Assist onboarding and training for operational roles (Resident Engagement, Concierge, Leasing Specialist)
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues to maintain service standards
• Process leases, move-ins/outs, and maintain occupant records
• Support marketing initiatives, admin audits, and portfolio projects
