Job summary

Pillar Properties is seeking a Property Support Specialist to provide portfolio-wide coverage and seamless operations across Seattle communities. The role rotates through Concierge, Leasing Specialist, and Resident Engagement duties, delivering consistent service with minimal direction.

You will travel between local properties, support onboarding, audits, marketing tech testing, and day-to-day operations while upholding the Pillar Quietly Awesome brand across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel between local properties as assigned.
• Provide property coverage across the portfolio.
• Assist onboarding for operational roles such as Resident Engagement Specialist, Concierge, Leasing Specialist, and Leasing Manager.
• Perform administrative audits and portfolio projects.
• Support marketing initiatives and technology testing.
• Process resident move-ins/move-outs and lease documentation.
• Manage amenity reservations and guest suites when applicable.
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues with onsite teams.
