Job summary

Pillar Properties is seeking a Property Support Specialist to rotate across our Seattle-area communities, providing coverage and operational continuity. You will step into Concierge, Leasing Specialist, and Resident Engagement roles as needed, delivering consistent service and upholding the Quietly Awesome brand.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of leasing or property management experience, strong MS Office and PMS knowledge, and the ability to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of leasing or property management experience or equivalent
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and property management software (Yardi, RentCafe, BlueMoon)
• Ability to learn new software and communicate effectively with residents and team members

Responsibilities

• Travel between local properties as assigned
• Provide portfolio-wide property coverage and support operations
• Assist onboarding and training for roles like Resident Engagement, Concierge, Leasing Specialist
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues with professional courtesy
• Process leases, move-ins/outs, and review lease charges
• Support marketing initiatives and general administrative tasks
• Maintain service standards and Pillar brand consistency across communities
