Job summary

Cascadia Health in Portland, OR is seeking a Manager, Portfolio Management to lead day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. The role collaborates with compliance, asset management, and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient housing for tenants.

This position requires a minimum of three years in property management, knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, and an Oregon license. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with some after-hours work, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant professional experience may substitute.
• Minimum of 3 years in property management, asset management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, asset management functions, and property management software.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in staff supervision and development.
• Oregon property management license or ability to obtain upon hiring.

Responsibilities

• Guide onsite staff to ensure day-to-day operation of the properties.
• Uphold compliance by enforcing internal and external rules and regulations.
• Oversee daily financial decisions based on budgets.
• Monitor delinquency, occupancy and maintenance needs at the buildings.
• Assist with residents' needs/requests and communicate effectively.
• Provide detailed understanding of variances in financials and cash flow.
