Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Manager of Portfolio Management to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple properties in the Portland area. You will guide onsite staff, ensure compliance, and support financial decisions aligned with budgets.

This role collaborates with asset management, compliance and maintenance teams to drive stable occupancy and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a background in property management (minimum 3 years), leadership skills, and a strong understanding of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; significant professional experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum of 3 years in property management, asset management, or a related field.
• Licensure as a property manager in Oregon or ability to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operation of properties by guiding onsite staff.
• Maintain compliance by upholding internal and external rules and regulations.
• Oversee daily financial decisions based on budgets and cash flow.
• Monitor delinquency, occupancy and maintenance needs at the properties.
• Facilitate needs and requests of residents.
