Qualifications

• Experience in property management, asset management, or real estate operations.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, projects, or priorities.
• Experience coordinating vendors, reviewing expenses, and resolving issues.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and follow-through.
• A self-starter who takes ownership in a small team.
• For seniors, leadership experience guiding others on complex work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned properties and coordinate maintenance.
• Identify issues, prioritize solutions, and follow through to completion.
• Work with leadership on property business plans and portfolio performance.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial performance reviews.
• Review vendor proposals, invoices, and scope of work for value and accuracy.
• Monitor costs and seek efficiency improvements.
• Provide updates on performance, upcoming expenses, and priorities.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and outside consultants as needed.
• Lead complex initiatives and mentor less experienced team members.
