Job summary

Fortius Capital is seeking a remote Senior Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse mixed-use portfolio including RV parks, multifamily, retail, storage, and light industrial. You’ll serve as the main communication hub for tenants, coordinate leases, renewals, and move-ins, and manage vendor relationships from a distance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of property management experience across multiple asset classes.
• Experience with RV parks, glamping, or short-term rental operations.
• Experience coordinating with onsite staff and third-party managers.
• Ability to work across time zones with a U.S.-based team.
• Proficient in Outlook and Office 365; strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant communication across all asset types.
• Manage lease renewals, rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and move-in/move-out coordination.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships—schedule, follow up, and close out.
• Track and report on key performance metrics across the portfolio.
• Assist the reservation manager on reservations and workflows for the RV park.
• Keep property management software current and accurate.
• Manage inbound emails and calls daily—tenants, vendors, onsite staff, and ownership all come through this role.
• Handle general administrative duties including document management and follow-up across multiple workstreams.
• Own reporting, tenant communications, and special projects—work with the Business Director.
