Job summary
Kidder Mathews is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio, supervising staff and coordinating with owners to meet goals of the Asset Services Division. You will lead a team, manage tenant relations, and ensure maintenance, budgeting, and contract compliance are handled efficiently.
The role requires 3+ years of commercial property management experience and a Real Estate license, with strong financial analysis skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience
- Real Estate license required
- 3+ years Commercial Property Management experience
- 1+ year supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven financial analysis and budgeting ability
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise property staff across multiple roles
- Manage tenant relations and ensure service quality
- Oversee property operations, inspections, and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors within budget
- Assist with budgeting and CAM reconciliations
- Prepare leases and support leasing activities
- Monitor financials and monthly statements
- Ensure contractual compliance and service levels
- Drive value-add opportunities for clients
- Travel locally as required
