You will coordinate with tenants, vendors, and KM staff to ensure work meets contract specs, budget constraints, and safety requirements while driving long-term value for the asset and client.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the portfolio and coordinate with the Client and KM team.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely responses to tenant or owner requests.
• Interface with tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure prompt resolution of issues and adherence to budget.
