Job summary

Kidder Mathews is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio, lead staff, and ensure service excellence for property owners. The role includes supervising a team, coordinating with vendors, and driving financial performance.

You will manage tenant relations, schedule inspections, review contracts, and support annual budgeting with the Asset Services Division. Strong communication, leadership, and real estate knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience.
• Real Estate License required.
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of property management staff and provide coaching and direction.
• Respond to tenant concerns and ensure high-quality property management services.
• Oversee inspections, maintenance, and contractor/vendor coordination.
• Manage budgets, CAM reconciliations, and monthly statements.
• Participate in annual budgeting and financial reporting for portfolios.
• Negotiate leases and manage tenant relations and move-in/move-out processes.
