Job summary

Kidder Mathews Asset Services Division seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned portfolios and supervise staff. The role aligns owner goals with our mission and requires strong leadership and client service.

You will manage leasing, tenant relations, budgeting, vendor management, and financial reporting, ensuring inspections and maintenance meet contract standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in real estate or management.
• Real Estate License is required.
• Experience leading property management teams and coordinating multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop portfolio staff, including recruitment and performance management.
• Oversee tenant relations, inspections, and vendor coordination to ensure service quality.
• Manage financials: budgeting, CAM reconciliations, invoices and reporting.
• Coordinate leasing activities and term negotiations with clients and brokers.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and owner objectives.
