Inch & Co in York, PA is seeking a results-driven Property Manager to oversee a mixed residential portfolio. You will be responsible for occupancy, leasing performance, tenant relations, and financial reporting to maximize asset value.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with AppFolio or Yardi. Travel between properties and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience across multiple properties.
• Strong leasing, operations and financial performance understanding.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio or Yardi).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio to drive occupancy and retention.
• Oversee leasing activity: pricing, availability, responses, renewals, and retention strategies.
• Handle tenant relations professionally and address inquiries.
• Manage budgets, expenses, invoices, and monthly financial reporting; collect rents and reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams on work orders; oversee vendors and capital improvements.
• Provide direction and support to on-site leasing and maintenance teams.
