Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years experience in Commercial Property Management.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
• Ability to resolve problems involving multiple options.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of each property in the portfolio.
• Manage and lead a team including recruitment and training of employees.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations.
