Omninet Capital LLC is looking for a Property Manager with over 5 years of commercial property management experience to oversee the operations of its diverse portfolio. You will manage a team, ensure excellent tenant experiences, and oversee budgets and financial reporting.

The role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi. This is an exciting opportunity within a fast-paced investment firm with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years experience in Commercial Property Management.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
• Ability to resolve problems involving multiple options.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of each property in the portfolio.
• Manage and lead a team including recruitment and training of employees.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations.

Ability to conduct high-level financial analysis

Intermediate to expert computer skills

Formation

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
