Workman LLP seeks a capable property portfolio manager to oversee a diverse mix of properties, maximizing value through proactive management, regulatory compliance, and tenant satisfaction.

You will lead client communications, supervise on-site staff, and work with facilities teams to ensure leases are adhered to, rents collected, and service charges managed. A strong attention to detail and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• MRCIS is preferred or similarly qualified with experience of managing a similar property portfolio.
• Excellent and professional communication skills.
• Proactive, practical, and positive approach with willingness to help others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landlord and tenant relationships.
• Prepare client reports on property management service.
• Ensure rents and service charges are raised and collected.
• Prepare and oversee service charge expenditure and monitor lease obligations.
• Progress tenant applications for landlord consents.
• Collaborate with FM team to ensure compliance with legislation.
• Assist clients with due diligence for acquisitions and disposals.
• Conduct regular property inspections for lease compliance.
• Read leases and maintain accurate data in the property management system.
• Support on-site management staff and the Regional Facilities Team.
• Perform other property management duties as reasonably requested.
