Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience required.
• Minimum of 5+ years in residential property management, portfolio of 400+ units, supervising 7+ staff.
• Experience managing Class A properties with high service and resident standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the portfolio; some overnight travel as needed.
• Proficient with YARDI, RentCafe, credit screening, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring abilities for on-site teams.
• Bilingual ability may be required based on property needs.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws, ADA, OSHA, EPA guidelines.
• Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant laws and state leases.
• Adaptable to change; capable of working weekends/holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations: maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and compliance.
• Develop and supervise on-site staff through training and reviews.
• Ensure rent collection, accounts payable, and vendor payments.
• Lead marketing and leasing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain property appearance and curb appeal; address deficiencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting to Regional Manager.
