Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience required.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in residential property management overseeing 400+ units and 7+ staff.
• Experience managing Class A properties and high service standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the portfolio.
• Proficient with YARDI, RentCafé, credit screening, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations, including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, and lease administration.
• Lead on-site team, train staff, and supervise leasing, customer service, and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure rent collection, occupancy strategies, renewals, and revenue growth.
• Develop marketing strategies to maintain Class A standards and occupancy.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and vendor management.
