The Analyst Portfolio Program Management Analysis plays a crucial role in supporting demand management and governance initiatives. This position focuses on assisting in demand prioritization and governance processes, monitoring initiative progress, and providing operational support to ensure effective portfolio management. The Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives and facilitate decision-making forums. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and develop insights to maintain continuous visibility into progress and outcomes. Prior experience in building automated reports (e.g., PowerBI), SharePoint, and systems thinking is a plus. Time management and organizational skills are required to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, plan resources to meet deadlines, and respond to day-to-day functional needs. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest to the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience, market level, location, and other factors permitted by law. Employees may be eligible for additional pay, bonuses, or premiums. The company offers health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
U.S. Pay Range: $4,358.59/month - $15,607.31/month
Colorado Pay Range: $4,358.59/month - $14,957.01/month
New York Pay Range: $4,600.74/month - $15,607.31/month
New York City Pay Range: $5,569.31/month - $15,607.31/month
This position can be remotely domiciled anywhere in the U.S.
