Position Description

The Associate Technical Program Manager plays an integral role in guiding PAR Retail's customers to achieve their business objectives utilizing the Open Commerce platform. You will collaborate across Customer Success, Product, and Data & Insights teams to interpret data, present strategic recommendations, and implement program designs. This role offers diverse daily challenges and requires a creative approach to problem-solving.

Position Location:

• Remotely based in Philadelphia, PA; Minneapolis, MN; Austin, TX; San Diego, CA; Chicago, IL; or New Hartford, NY.
• You must be within driving distance of a major airport for occasional travel to customer sites.

Director, Technical Program Management

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of industry or related professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Ability to work across internal teams to deliver outcomes for customers
• Desire to grow into a larger role within PAR Retail
• Interest in customer engagement and digital programs
• Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and balance big-picture strategy with tactical details
• Commitment to quality, growth, and customer success
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills

Additional Skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts in business terms
• Experience with customer relationship management
• Basic knowledge of SQL and BI tools like Tableau

Responsibilities

• Understand PAR Retail's platform and help customers leverage its features
• Support onboarding and implementation for multiple customers
• Deliver customer reports and analyze program data
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams on new functionalities
• Stay informed on industry trends and evaluate customer program performance
• Produce case studies and anticipate stakeholder concerns
