Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis seeks a Network Performance & Assurance Lead within Global Facilities Delivery to oversee portfolio performance, audits, and governance for capital projects across the network. You will coordinate PMO resources, ensure adherence to project controls standards, forecast capacity, and drive delivery assurance with senior stakeholders across GMP environments.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 10+ years of capital project delivery, US work authorization, and PMP/Lean Six

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years in capital project delivery within industrial/manufacturing environments.
Experience in project controls (cost, schedule, risk, or change) and project management.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

Owns portfolio performance metrics for the assigned network's capital portfolio and related dashboards.
Coordinates audits and compliance reviews, including follow‑ups on findings.
Leads after‑action reviews and documents lessons learned for process improvements in GFD.
Coordinates support to network project teams across GPCO controls standards and governance processes.
Ensures projects execute to GPCO standards for cost, schedule, risk, and change management; escalates deviations.
