Job summary

Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Network Performance & Assurance Lead within Global Facilities Delivery to drive capital portfolio performance, audits, and governance across assigned networks. You will coordinate controls standards, PMO resourcing, and cross-functional communication with senior stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in capital project delivery, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with GMP environments.

Qualifications

• Requires combination of technical or project management education and capital project delivery experience.
• Experience delivering capital projects in industrial/manufacturing settings with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Owns portfolio performance metrics for the assigned network's capital portfolio and related cost/schedule/delivery dashboards.
• Coordinates audits and compliance reviews and follows up on findings.
• Leads after-action reviews and documents lessons learned for improvement.
• Coordinates GPCO controls standards, PMO resourcing, and governance processes across network teams.
• Ensures projects follow GPCO project controls standards and escalates deviations.
• Forecasts capacity needs across the portfolio and identifies coverage gaps.
• Reviews MSP cost data, invoices, and forecasts before network reporting.
• Owns network performance governance and ongoing dashboard development.
