Job summary

Bon Appetit is seeking a Portfolio Assistant Director of Operations to act as a strategic operational extension of the National Director of Operations. You will lead complex initiatives across NAMER sites, ensure hospitality standards, and partner with sites, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive improvement.

You will deploy as needed to stabilize or elevate performance, supporting transitions, staffing changes, and program health.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in hospitality operations, program management, or multi-site food service.
Proven ability to manage P&L and budgets across multiple sites.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

Act as right hand to National Director of Operations and manage strategic initiatives.
Provide senior operational leadership to NAMER hospitality sites for program health and standards.
Lead multi-site initiatives to improve operations, guest experience, and scalability.
Plan and execute complex HQ and regional projects including pilots and action plans.
Identify risks and mitigate through proactive operational controls.
Coach site leadership without direct line authority and support client relationships.
