Qualifications

• Education: Four-year college degree; Hotel/Restaurant Management focus preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years supervisory experience in hotel/food service operations.
• Communication: Executive-level presence with strong written and verbal communication.
• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide national oversight and client relations across multiple sites.
• Lead budgeting in collaboration with site DOOs and ensure financial targets are met.
• Promote safety, quality, and hospitality standards across all service areas.
• Travel up to 20% to regional account sites to support leadership and excellence.
