Bon Appetit is seeking a National Director of Operations to lead strategic operations across multiple locations. You will supervise on-site teams, coordinate with national leaders, and drive client satisfaction while formulating growth plans.

The role requires extensive hospitality leadership, budgeting, and a deep commitment to service excellence. Extensive travel and strong cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of college education; bachelor's in Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred.
• Experience in hotel-related operations with progressive management in food and beverage; at least 8 years supervisory experience.
• Executive presence with strong written and verbal communication; solid organizational skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Oversee strategic operations across multiple sites and report to VP of Hospitality.
• Develop and implement plans to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Guide on-site leadership and ensure compliance with standards and budgets.
