• Fluency across Attention to Detail and Conflict Resolution, with strong opinions on both.
• Real proficiency with Conflict Resolution, plus willingness to learn Attention to Detail fast.

Responsibilities

• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality.
• Absorb context fast and start contributing sooner.
• Keep Winston-Salem, NC stakeholders briefed without burying them in updates.
• Track key metrics and report findings to your manager each week.
• Keep your Conflict Resolution edge sharp as the NC market shifts.
• Own one slice of Family Dollar's general mission end to end.
• Make peace with craft-focused ambiguity and ship anyway.
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share practical knowledge.
