Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee month-end close, GL, and P&L analysis in a multinational setting. You will interface with auditors and senior management to ensure robust internal controls and timely reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA, 7–10 years of experience, and strong ERP knowledge (Oracle). Leadership and delegation skills are essential for guiding diverse regional teams and driving process improvements across the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred; MBA a plus.
• 7-10 years of comparable work experience.
• Experience directing an accounting and control organization through growth.
• First-hand experience in corporate office of a global, publicly traded company.
• ERP experience, preferably Oracle.
• Experience dealing with auditors and senior management.
• Experience coaching teams to perform at higher levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise month-end close tasks including GL entries, balance sheet, P&L reports and variance analytics.
• Review and oversee period close submissions and assist in month/quarter end reporting package consolidation.
• Complete balance sheet schedules for senior management reviews.
• Oversee regional/divisional balance sheets and provide accounting guidance.
• Provide accounting guidance to local teams during regional/divisional reviews.
• Assist in managing central accounting team to ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.
• Interface with external and internal auditors.
• Foster a high-performance, ethical culture in all activities.
• Undertake special projects as requested by senior management.
