Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead scalable learning solutions that close workforce capability gaps in AI, leadership, and professional skills for enterprise customers.

You will guide content strategy, roadmaps, and investment decisions, coordinating across sales, product, technology, and delivery to drive measurable business growth and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in portfolio strategy, content development, curriculum strategy, or enterprise learning.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs and market opportunities into scalable learning solutions and content roadmaps.
• Experience evaluating portfolio performance and customer outcomes to guide growth and investments.
• Proven track record designing learning portfolios for workforce transformation and AI skilling.
• Ability to translate market insights into content strategies, roadmaps, and investment recommendations.
• 5+ years of people management, with cross-functional leadership experience across content, product, sales, marketing, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, AI-enabled work, leadership development, and workforce transformation programs.
• Translate customer challenges, capability gaps, and market research into portfolio strategy and content investments.
• Plan scalable enterprise learning programs and journeys combining digital learning, live training, assessments, credentials, and other experiences.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and learning solutions while meeting quality and performance goals.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals, setting priorities and development plans.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and external partners to shape solutions and drive revenue growth.
• Lead research on workforce, leadership, and AI adoption trends, turning insights into new opportunities.
