Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Portfolio Manager to guide a portfolio of enterprise technology programs within a remote US-based role. You will align programs with business priorities, manage governance, and drive delivery with diverse stakeholders, including directors and technical teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in portfolio management, a PMP certification, strong leadership, and a proven ability to optimize resources while maintaining clear communication across multi-stakeholder

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Portfolio Manager or similar role.
  • PMP certification from PMI.
  • Experience with complex VMware programs and stakeholder coordination.
  • Background in working with global financial customers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data analytics and MS Office/MS Project skills.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will guide a portfolio of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, resource availability, and delivery expectations. You will partner closely with directors, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive governance, improve execution discipline, and keep initiatives moving forward. The position also calls for strong analytical oversight and the ability to support large, multi-stakeholder environments with clarity and consistency. Experience supporting enterprise technology programs and financial services clients will be especially valuable.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,600 – $182,000 annually
