Ladders is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of client-facing IT projects. This remote US-based role partners with senior leaders and client stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives from kickoff to completion.

You will manage communications, track progress in internal systems, and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction while traveling up to 50% for client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-facing projects across full lifecycle.
• CAPM or IAPM certification preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50% for client projects.
• Existing U.S. work authorization required.
• Graduated in a technical discipline by 6/08/26 or equivalent experience.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will oversee the full lifecycle of client-facing projects, ensuring work is planned, coordinated, and delivered effectively from kickoff through completion. The Project Manager will partner closely with senior leaders and client stakeholders to support smooth execution, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

A key part of the role will be managing project communications, tracking progress with internal systems and tools, and keeping teams aligned on priorities, updates, and milestones.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities
