Job summary

KeyBank in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Associate, Portfolio Management to perform financial analysis and prepare underwriting documents for multimillion-dollar corporate credit requests while maintaining asset quality.

You will gather data, spread financial statements, model future performance (including downside scenarios), assist bankers in structuring transactions, and monitor covenant compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial underwriting, credit, banking and/or financial services experience.
• Strong financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze all relevant financial data for clients or prospects and assess creditworthiness.
• Model future financial performance of clients and prospects, including downside scenarios.
• Assist relationship managers in structuring transactions.
• Perform enhanced leveraged cash flow due diligence when appropriate.
• Prepare a thorough credit underwriting document identifying risks and mitigants.
