Job summary

KeyBank in Cleveland seeks an Associate, Portfolio Management to perform financial analysis and underwriting for multimillion-dollar corporate credit requests, supporting growth of funded assets and client base while maintaining asset quality in a moderate risk profile.

You will gather data, model performance, assist bankers in structuring transactions, and monitor accounts for covenant compliance, working with Partners and Analysts to deliver thorough credit packages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial underwriting or banking experience.
• Syndicated deal experience preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes financial data to assess creditworthiness.
• Models future financial performance and scenarios.
• Prepares underwriting documents identifying risks and mitigants.
• Ensures regulatory and KYC/OFAC compliance.
• Monitors portfolio performance and covenant compliance.
• Supports client relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
