Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics and/or business (preferred).
• MBA preferred for advanced credit and portfolio management responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial underwriting, credit, banking and/or financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial data, including spreads, to assess creditworthiness.
• Model future financial performance and assess downside scenarios.
• Structure transactions in collaboration with partners and managers.
• Prepare comprehensive underwriting documents identifying risks and mitigants.
• Monitor covenant compliance and maintain risk ratings for portfolios.
• Review loan documentation and ensure accuracy reflecting approvals.
• Maintain direct client relationships and participate in bank meetings.
